Mt. Sneffles - Ouray Colorado - Phone Wallpaper
In the San Juan Mountains, on the western slope of Colorado, there is one 14’er that rises above the rest… Mt Sneffles. It sits right in the middle of a beautiful skyline of mountains that I call home. It is the only 14’er I have ever climbed and I highly recommend it to anyone who has an adventurous side to them! I chose to make this picture in B+W, because it made it feel more powerful, calm and mysterious all at the same time. It can be a very dangerous mountain at times, but for most of the year, it’s a gentle giant that helps to keep the weather contained within the mountains.
If you ever fly into Montrose Colorado and drive to Telluride, you will pass it on your left. Take moment to stop at the “Dallas Divide”, get out of your car and take it in. Until then, you can enjoy this picture on your phone every day!
Your download will be a High-Resolution (1880 × 3840) picture with no date or time stamp on it… just the picture!
Thank you for your support of my art.
