First time out in the Airstream!

I don't think we could have asked for a better first time out camping in the Airstream! Rhonda was looking through Instagram and realized that Currently Wandering was in the TN area, so she contacted them and we decided to meet up and see what the full time Airstream life was like!

As you will soon find out, I'm not really one for a bunch of words and would much rather let the pictures do the talking, so here are some pictures of our first time out camping, the wonderful people we met and some of the amazing things I saw in the early mornings!

The rest of the day, we learned more about how our Airstream operated, how to use the toilets properly, how to take showers, use the pumps, AC, furnace... we learned a lot. It was actually very easy to learn it all but the hard part is remembering it. We spent the afternoon hiking with the Currens and got to see some amazing waterfalls! Kitty "AKA Mama Kat" didn't go out onto the rocks, but she had a great view of everything, thanks to the truck ;)

We had so much fun and are very grateful to have met the Curren's and the Watsons! It was weird saying goodbye after a couple of days, but as I have heard many times, Airstreamer's don't say goodbye, they say "see you soon" and I like that a lot :)

We have a ton to learn and I can't wait to experience it all, but I can tell you as a newbie, meeting up with experienced full timers was a great way learn about our Airstream before we hit the road. It also helps a lot that everyone got along so well ;)

See you soon!
